Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
  • Monitor and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support CCTV, NVR, IP cameras, and access control systems.
  • Perform system backup, data recovery, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
  • Respond to support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.
  • Ensure maximum uptime and availability of IT systems and services.
