Responsibilities & Context
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Monitor and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Support CCTV, NVR, IP cameras, and access control systems.
- Perform system backup, data recovery, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Respond to support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.
- Ensure maximum uptime and availability of IT systems and services.
