- B. Sc. In-Agriculture/ Diploma -In-Agriculture/ Graduation from any discipline.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 40 years
- For experienced and competent candidates education and age may be relaxed.
- Good understanding on agricultural profession (including sales & promotion).
- Ability to ride motorcycle.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Position: Area Sales Manager
Century Agro Limited- Seeds & Crop Care Division (Pesticides, Fertilizer, Rice Seed)
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target.
- Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and agriculture officers.
- Build strong relationship with customers for sales and promotional activities.
- Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Any other job assigned by the Management.
