  • Oversee exit interviews and separation processes
  • Ensure proper documentation and final settlements
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts
  • Promote positive workplace culture
  • Implement engagement and retention strategies
  • Develop appraisal systems and KPIs
  • Support managers in performance reviews
  • Manage disciplinary procedures when necessary
  • Oversee payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
  • Identify training needs
  • Implement professional development programs
  • Support leadership development initiatives
  • Ensure local laws
  • Monitor updates to labor regulations
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards
  • Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks
