Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, preparation of offer and joining letters, background verification, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate employee records.
- Manage leave applications and documentation.
- Monitor daily attendance, including late arrivals and absenteeism.
- Prepare and present HR-related reports.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
- Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Handle documentation, filing systems, and record management.
- Maintain personal files, service records, employee documentation, and statutory registers as required by law.
- Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
