Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food & Beverage, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview coordination, preparation of offer and joining letters, background verification, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Manage leave applications and documentation.
  • Monitor daily attendance, including late arrivals and absenteeism.
  • Prepare and present HR-related reports.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle documentation, filing systems, and record management.
  • Maintain personal files, service records, employee documentation, and statutory registers as required by law.
  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
