Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • MBA in HRM or related field is required
  • BBA in HRM or related discipline is preferred
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage
  • Additional HR training or professional certifications will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas (SUM, IF), sorting, and filtering
  • Ability to prepare simple HR reports, attendance sheets, and leave tracking using Excel
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HR software / HRIS will be considered an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of data management, record keeping, and digital filing systems
  • Ability to work with accuracy in spreadsheets and maintain organized records
  • Any additional technical skills (advanced Excel, reporting tools, or HR systems) will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities & Context

  • Support recruitment and selection, including job posting, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records, HR database, and personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage attendance and leave records, and support related reporting and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Support performance management, employee evaluations, and HR policy implementation.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in expatriate and foreign national management, including E-Visa, work permits, security clearance, and documentation submission to BIDA, NSI, SB, Immigration, and other authorities.
  • Coordinate with embassies, government offices, and banks, and perform outside visits for official HR and expatriate-related work when required.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and related documentation.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management or administration.
