Requirements
Education
- Bachelor`s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Lamps, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor and analyze employee and departmental productivity to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Manage and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to support employee development and performance enhancement.
- Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Track and review action plans to ensure timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Implement and maintain the organization`s OKR framework and performance cycle.
- Coordinate OKR alignment across departments to ensure strategic goal integration.
- Prepare and present periodic OKR and performance reports to management.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
- Support salary review, increment, and promotion decisions through performance analysis.
- Maintain performance data and generate HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate final settlement documentation and employee clearance processes.
- Conduct periodical market visit to get proper insight.
