Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor`s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Analytics, or Organizational Development.

Experience

    • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Lamps, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and analyze employee and departmental productivity to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to support employee development and performance enhancement.
  • Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and review action plans to ensure timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain the organization`s OKR framework and performance cycle.
  • Coordinate OKR alignment across departments to ensure strategic goal integration.
  • Prepare and present periodic OKR and performance reports to management.
  • Manage the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
  • Support salary review, increment, and promotion decisions through performance analysis.
  • Maintain performance data and generate HR analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate final settlement documentation and employee clearance processes.
  • Conduct periodical market visit to get proper insight.
