Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Candidates with Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Honours will be given preference

Experience

    • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Trading or Export/Import

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 18 years
  • Only Male
  • Preference will be given to candidates having practical experience in Tally accounting software.
  • Candidate must be willing and mentally prepared to work at the factory located in Ashulia.
  • Factory Location: Diakhali, Zirabo, Ashulia, Dhaka-1341. Distance from House Building to the factory is approximately 20 KM.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with daily commuting.
  • Must have a strong interest and willingness to work in a factory environment and handle factory-based accounting operations.
  • Honest, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow management.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and maintain banking relationships.
  • Prepare and review payment vouchers, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents.
  • Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
  • Monitor company expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
  • Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Prepare financial analysis reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Supervise and guide accounts personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management.
  • Perform any other accounts, finance, and administrative duties assigned by management.
  • Follow and implement instructions, policies, and directives provided by the company’s higher management and authorized officials.
