Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline.
  • MBA will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

    • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Metal & Aluminium Manufacturing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Only Male

5-8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or ERP-based inventory control.

Experience in manufacturing, furniture, retail, or FMCG industries will be preferred.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics 365, ERPNext, or similar).


Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Inventory (ERP) to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management through the ERP system.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock reconciliation, ERP data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Manage and monitor inventory transactions through the ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate stock records and maintain inventory data integrity.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and finance teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment plans.
  • Analyze inventory movement and identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
  • Train and support users on ERP inventory-related functions.
  • Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Candidate must have experienced in manufacturing industry.
