Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate manpower allocation for packing and delivery operations.
- Train and guide operators on packing standards and procedures.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor packing activities to maintain quality, quantity, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth packing operations.
- Investigate and resolve packing-related issues to prevent customer complaints.
- Ensure timely despatch of finished goods with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Export, Logistics, and Transport teams for smooth delivery execution.
- Monitor finished goods inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly packing and delivery reports.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movements, and operational activities.
