The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Hatchery, Dairy

Responsibilities & Context

Develop distribution budget and ensure proper execution of budget.
Develop and implement distribution strategies to ensure timely product availability.
Manage the movement of finished goods to regional depots, warehouses and customers.
Ensure achievement of delivery service-level targets while controlling logistics costs.
Monitor distribution performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee daily operations of all depots and distribution centers.
Monitor depot productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular depot visits and operational audits.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Monitor inventory levels across all depots to maintain optimum stock coverage.
Ensure accurate stock reconciliation between ERP records and physical inventory.
Minimize inventory losses, damages, expiries, and obsolete stock.
