- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Age 24 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Meet and Greet the customers and make sure no customer is left unattended.
- Promote customers to use bank’s digital services such as ATM/RATM, Citytouch, Call Center etc.
- Divert transaction from the cash counter to RATM/ATM.
- On-boarding customers under Universal Pension Scheme (UPS).
- Help customers to generate Electronic Queue Token (as available) & ensure queue management.
- Cooperate with the customers to activate their card/card cheque.
- Responsibility to ensure 100% floor management during transaction hour.
