Additional Requirements

- Strong experience working with international OEMs and global technology suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in handling government, semi-government, donor-funded, or similar public-sector projects and tenders.
- In-depth knowledge of Public Procurement Rules (PPR), tender documentation, bid management, and contract administration.
- Extensive experience in international sourcing of IT products, sensor lab equipment’s, solar product, networking equipment, enterprise solutions, and related technologies.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and sourcing operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and technology vendors.
- Manage sourcing and procurement of IT hardware, networking equipment, power solutions, software, and related technologies from international markets.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial proposals for government and semi-government tenders.
- Handle procurement and project execution related to Government ministries, autonomous bodies, and similar public-sector organizations.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and logistics arrangements with suppliers and OEM partners.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations, tender requirements, and company policies.
- Develop procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Lead supplier evaluation, vendor development, and risk management initiatives.
