- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory control and management processes to minimize overstock and stock-outs.
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Verify the accuracy of cartons, and quantity and ensure they are all in-house.
- Conduct quality checks on received shipments and ensure the quantity is as per the packing list.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, GRN for shipment, inventory levels, and performance calculation for stock boy.
- Use advanced OMS to streamline order processing and reduce errors.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with sales, production, and logistics teams.
- Conduct physical counts of inventory & compare physical counts of inventory to the recorded amount.
- Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found in inventory records.
- Combine shipments to maximize load efficiency and minimize transportation expenses.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff & conduct training sessions for warehouse personnel.
- Address and promptly solve any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
