Education
- University of Dhaka,North South University,American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University,The University of Asia Pacific students will get preference
- Bachelor/Honors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Business Development, or Communication will be an advantage.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only Female
Experience Requirements
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience will be preferred.
- Experience in Education Consultancy, Immigration/Visa Processing, Telecommunication, EdTech Startup, or Marketing sector will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Bengali and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to communicate confidently with agents and business partners.
- Good understanding of client relationship management and networking.

- Ability to work in a team and maintain professional communication.

Job Context
We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Manager (Female) who can communicate professionally with local and international education agents, build strong business relationships, and contribute to the company’s partner network growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents.
- Communicate with new agents to expand the company’s agent network and business partnerships.
- Promote the company’s university partnerships, services, and admission support solutions to agents.
- Coordinate with agents regarding student applications, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Support agents with application guidelines, university updates, and promotional information.
- Conduct online and offline meetings, presentations, and business communications with agents.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain regular follow-up with prospective partners.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing and agent support.
- Assist in organizing partner meetings, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Maintain regular business development reports and follow-up updates.
