Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Diploma
- Diploma/Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized university.
- Candidates from Interior Design background will get preference.
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, D5 Render, or other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of 3D Modelling and rendering Skills
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare BOQ, estimation, and project documentation when required..
