Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Control Plan ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Establish quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements for all construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets approved drawings, BOQ, and contract requirements.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality performance of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Approve and verify construction materials through testing and compliance checks.
- Maintain all quality-related documentation, reports, and inspection records.
- Prepare and submit NCRs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
- Construction Billing and internal construction Audit.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead and supervise QC team while promoting quality awareness and best practices on site.
