- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in high-rise commercial or residential projects will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and verify contractor bills and work measurements.
- Identify project risks and propose effective solutions.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
