Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 28 years
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Good drawing ability, making rough design and CAD skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in Synthetic Footwear
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
- Development of all types of footwear (Design & Pattern making)
- Having skill and experience in shoe construction/last
- Pattern engineering
- Must have knowledge on shoe grading software
- Preparing Production Pattern
- Prepare technical data sheet & materials consumption for a desired style
- Coordination with merchandising team
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Able to work under pressure individually and with team
