Customer Relation Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and awareness targets set by the company.
• Analyze emergency patient requirements and competitor activities to provide optimized services.
• Communicate regularly with doctors, nurses, ambulance drivers, and hospital or clinic representatives to ensure continuous emergency patient support.
• Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with hospital authorities and ambulance drivers.
• Understand the requirements of patients and their relatives (e.g., doctor availability, treatment procedures, bed types, treatment costs, quality, and price) to offer the best healthcare support and reliable information.
• Distribute leaflets, share health awareness information, and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) training to ambulance drivers and healthcare workers regarding hospital facilities.
• Maintain regular communication with listed hospitals and area offices to provide updates on order statuses.
• Resolve queries and complaints from nurses, ambulance drivers, and ambulance owners quickly and professionally.

Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Provide feedback on market demand and new business opportunities.
• Suggest strategic plans to expand the hospital patient emergency support throughout ambulance driver, local patient & customers.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 years.
