Responsibilities & Context
- Medical officers will manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments.
- Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and guiding other staff.
- Responsibilities include daily follow-up of patients and record keeping (Per shift).
- Ensure appropriate handovers.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with the patient, consultant, colleagues, and related staff and management.
- Ensuring the highest standards in patient care, including practicing infection control protocols.
- Supervision and monitoring of supporting staff.
- Managing and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
- Any task assigned by the management.
- Demonstrate flexibility in performing duties in responding to any critical call.
