Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Statistics

Experience

    • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting Firm, Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Previous experience in data analysis, MIS, reporting, documentation, or sales support will be preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases, records, information, and operational data.
  • Analyze data, sales records, inquiries, and operational data to prepare accurate reports and summaries.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports for management.
  • Support the sales team by providing required data, reports, quotations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for smooth operational communication.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and related files.
  • Ensure all reports and documents are organized, updated, and properly archived.
  • Monitor pending tasks, follow up with concerned persons, and update status reports.
  • Assist management in preparing presentations, business reports, and analytical summaries.
  • Handle email communication and documentation related to sales and operations.
  • Support exhibition, project, and client documentation when required.
  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication with local customers and overseas manufacturers
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
