Responsibilities & Context

InnoFix Solution is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused female candidates to join its growing international client service team. Freshers with strong English communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from the office during the assigned day shift
  • Make outbound calls to clients in the USA, Canada, and Singapore
  • Respond professionally to foreign clients’ queries regarding company services
  • Explain products and services clearly and confidently to potential customers
  • Schedule appointments according to clients’ availability
  • Follow up with clients and take service confirmations
  • Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and close deals effectively
  • Maintain proper communication records and client information
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client service support
