- Male Shift: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) I Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) I Night (11:00 PM -7:00 AM)
- Female Shift: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) I Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)}
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer support via call/chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Update and manage live chat database
- Promote products and assist clients
