Job Responsibilities: Telesales Executive

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce company products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Update customer information, call records, and sales status in the database/CRM.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for smooth service delivery.
• Prepare basic sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a positive, polite, and professional communication style during every call.
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and sales procedures properly.
