Responsibilities & Context
- Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, policies, premiums, claims, and customer services.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-up, service feedback, and policy-related communications.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist customers through phone calls, email, social media, and other communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports as assigned.
