Responsibilities & Context

  • Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, policies, premiums, claims, and customer services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Make outbound calls for customer follow-up, service feedback, and policy-related communications.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist customers through phone calls, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports as assigned.
