  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Qualification: BSC / Diploma in Electronics

Experience

    • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Mobile Industry

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Experience: At least 1.5-year Technical Experience of Customer Care Center from Mobile Phone Industry.

Responsibilities & Context

Service Engineer for Carlcare Service Centers(Official After Sales Service for Itel, Tecno & Infinix)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Identifying hardware failures (screen, battery, motherboard) and software glitches (OS crashes, malware, app crashes, sync issues).
  • Providing “L1, L2, L3 & L4” support for complex repairs executing component-level fixes and part replacements
  • Testing all device functions to meet factory standards
  • Following SOPs and ESD safety standards strictly
  • Using 5s methodology to maintain an organized center
  • Managing customer complaints and delays professionally
  • Monitoring stock levels to prevent part shortages
  • Managing the return of defective components timely to Central Warehouse etc.
