- Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A)
- BBA /MBA in Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field.
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electrical Accessories / Equipment.
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Motion graphics and animation, and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.
- Ability to create realistic 3D product models and visual presentations.
- Understanding of branding, marketing communication, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities & Context
- Brand & Visual Identity Management: Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing and promotional materials in line with company guidelines.
- Product Packaging Design: Design and update attractive packaging for electrical products, ensuring compliance with market trends and regulatory standards.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Create brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, posters, standees, and POSM materials for dealers and retail channels.
- 3D Design, Rendering & Product Visualization: Create 3D models, realistic renderings, product visualizations, and animations for product marketing, branding, catalogs, websites, and promotional activities.
- Digital Marketing & Creative Design: Develop graphics, web banners, social media content, email creatives, and digital campaign materials. Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Product Launch & Branding Support: Design creative materials for product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, and dealer events in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Innovation & Design Improvement: Introduce modern design concepts, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging trends to enhance brand visibility.
- Website Design & Maintenance: Manage website design, updates, landing pages, banners, and visual content to ensure a strong user experience.
- Photography & Visual Content Creation: Conduct product photography, image retouching, and create product mockups and lifestyle visuals.
- Video & Motion Graphics Design: Produce promotional videos, 3D & 2D Design, motion graphics, reels, animations, product demos, and corporate video content.
