- Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro) specifically optimized for mobile-first vertical video content.
- Aesthetic Sense: A solid understanding of color theory, clean typography, and a modern, minimalistic visual style.
- Flexibility: Willingness to visit our Mirpur 2 workstation for content coordination, brainstorming, or strategy meets when necessary.
Responsibilities & Context
- Visual Content Creation: Design elegant, modern, and minimalistic social media banners, posts, and stories that align with our premium brand identity.
- Occasion-Based Campaigns: Brainstorm and create specialized visual assets, thematic posters, and promotional graphics for various festivals and occasions (Eid, Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Weddings, etc.).
- Video & Reels Editing: Shoot (if required) and edit aesthetic, high-engagement short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and TikToks showcasing our saree drapes, fabric details, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Product Photo Retouching: Perform professional color correction, background cleanups, and digital enhancements on product photos to maintain a premium look.
