Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 31 years
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a creative agency, media house, or YouTube channel management role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro/CapCut) will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Design attractive social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials for different study destinations and intakes.
- Create creative graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website content.
- Design student success stories, visa approval posts, event promotions, and educational campaigns.
- Develop branding materials including logos, cover photos, roll-up banners, certificates, and office branding items.
- Prepare print-ready designs for brochures, leaflets, standees, and advertisements.
- Edit and enhance images to maintain a professional brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and counseling team to create engaging visual content.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company`s branding guidelines.
- Create basic motion graphics or video thumbnails for promotional videos (preferred).
- Stay updated with current design trends and suggest innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Manage multiple design projects and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Maintain and organize design files for future use.
