AI & Content Creation

  • Strong experience using AI content creation tools.
  • Ability to create compelling written, visual, and video content using AI technologies.
  • Experience developing content strategies and managing content calendars.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and website content.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and social media growth strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms.

Graphic Design & Video Editing

  • Advanced Canva skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
  • Ability to create professional graphics, videos, animations, and marketing assets.

SEO & Analytics

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation.
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and make performance-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities & Context

AI Content Creation & Innovation

  • Create written, visual, and video content using AI-powered tools and platforms.
  • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, Pika, Veo, Sora, D-ID, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, CapCut, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and AI-generated video content for marketing campaigns.
  • Research, test, and recommend new AI tools and creative technologies to improve marketing efficiency and content quality.
  • Produce innovative, engaging, and conversion-focused content across multiple digital channels.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp, and company websites.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts, reels, shorts, stories, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging social content, memes, educational posts, and trend-based content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for both brands.
  • Monitor social media performance and optimise engagement strategies.
  • Respond professionally to comments, messages, enquiries, and customer leads.

Graphic Design & Video Production

  • Design banners, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Produce high-quality reels, promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered editing tools.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with web developers and management to improve visual presentation and user experience.

SEO, Website & Digital Marketing

  • Create SEO-friendly website content, blog articles, landing pages, and eCommerce content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
  • Update and optimise website content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
  • Manage HubSpot email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with our website developer to improve website functionality, content, and SEO performance.
  • Support backlink outreach, guest posting, and digital PR activities where applicable.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and brand growth.

Brand Development & Content Strategy

Health U Australia (Established Brand)

  • Maintain and grow our digital presence across all platforms.
  • Create educational, community-focused, and lead-generation content.
  • Support participant engagement, referral partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging.

New Product Brand (Launching 2027)

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-launch content strategy.
  • Build brand awareness and audience engagement from the ground up.
  • Create and manage long-term content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Support product launch planning and marketing execution.
  • Develop storytelling strategies that generate excitement leading up to launch.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance

  • Track and report on content performance, website traffic, engagement, SEO rankings, and campaign results.
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, and similar tools to analyse performance.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data and industry trends.
  • Continuously optimise content and campaigns to improve ROI and business outcomes.

General Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI innovations, and social media platform changes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently.
