Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related discipline.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 24 years
- Strong knowledge of creative design principles and visual communication.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design concepts and Design Patterns will be an added advantage.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience in packaging and label design for FMCG products preferred.
- Knowledge of 3D mockup creation and modern design trends.
- Familiar with AI-based design tools and content generation platforms.
Responsibilities & Context
- Create innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Develop new creative concepts based on products, campaigns, or brand requirements.
- Design packaging, labels, and promotional materials for FMCG products.
- Prepare designs for digital printing.
- Create 2D graphics and basic 3D mockups for product presentation and branding.
- Design office branding materials, display items, and marketing collaterals.
- Edit videos and create motion graphics for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional content.
- Execute branding strategies and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Use AI tools to enhance design quality, speed, and creative output.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to develop campaign visuals.
- Perform any other creative or design-related tasks assigned by management.
