Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Warehouse Management Training
  • ERP User Training
  • Lean Management or 5S Training
  • Inventory and Logistics Management Certification

Experience

    • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Group of Companies, Inventory/Warehouse, Supply Chain, Tannery/Footwear

  • Age At least 25 years
  • Only Male

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, goods, and supplies.
  • Issue materials/products according to approved requisitions and company procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests to prevent stock shortages.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store and inventory reports.
  • Maintain stock registers, GRN, delivery notes, and other store-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments regarding inventory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
  • Track slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired items and report to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store/warehouse area.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by providing required inventory records.
  • Operate and update ERP/software-based inventory management systems when applicable.
  • Supervise store assistants and support efficient store operations.
