- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Eng & Production
- Bangladesh University of Textiles,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Leadership capability with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

- Supervise daily weaving operations, including loom running, tie-ups, and fabric quality checks.
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth workflow
- Plan and coordinate production activities with Mechanical and Electrical teams
- Optimize machine and manpower utilization across the production floor
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely achievement of targets
- Identify and resolve production issues to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare reports and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Train and guide operators to improve performance and productivity
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
