Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor (or above) qualification from any reputed university.
- But foreign degrees from UK and Australia will be given priority.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Strong knowledge of the destination and local education systems.
- At least 3 to 4 years of counselling experience in the education industry is a must.
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Visible orientation towards having high-quality service is an integral part of work ethics.
- Computer skills including, Word, Excel (must).
- Fluent in English – written and verbal.
- Strong problem-resolution skills.
- Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal (English) skills.
- Need to have advanced knowledge of the particular destination’s higher education system, admission, and Visa process as a whole.
Responsibilities & Context
- To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Overall visa & student counselling.
- Handle queries, and maintain required documentation.
- Provide daily, Weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting on all operational activities.
- Creating a solid relationship with a range of education partners & enlisting foreign universities.
- Build strong client support through the strictest compliance with application processes.
- Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support Office Managers by exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.
