- Minimum 4 years of experience in airline reservations and ticketing
- Experience with Amadeus GDS (preferred)
- Knowledge of international airfare rules and ticketing procedures
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Ability to work independently
- *Preferred Qualifications:
- Amadeus Certification
- Experience with Sabre or Travelport
- Previous work experience in a travel agency
Responsibilities & Context
- Flight reservations and itinerary planning
- Creating and managing PNRs
- Fare quotation and ticket issuance
- Handling reissues, cancellations, and refunds
- Customer support via email, phone, WhatsApp and Messenger,
- Assisting with airline schedule changes and travel inquiries
