Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (majors such as EEE, CSE, ECE, ETE preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is highly desirable.

Experience

    • At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication

Additional Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Power, Energy, ICT, or Enterprise Solution markets, with at least 5 years in solution or product manager roles.
  • Strong expertise in one or more domains: solar PV, energy storage systems, smart energy solutions, data center energy, grid stability solutions, or power electronics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and market planning capabilities, with strong business acumen and opportunity insight.
  • Be proficient in the electric power system business, have good power system business solution capabilities, and be able to provide professional service and technical consultation for customers.
  • Be familiar with the design and development of power dispatch automation systems, such as SCADA systems, have power system analysis and calculation capabilities, and be able to use power system analysis related software.
  • Be familiar with the application of power electronic technology in power system, such as SVG, APF, STACOM, etc., and have relevant experience in reactive power optimization and power quality management.
  • Be familiar with distributed energy generation and grid-connected technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-functional team player and team lead.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to influence and inspire internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Participate in high level meetings and convey the value and advantages of Huawei smart PV solutions, including but not limited to universities, certification bodies, standard development organization, grid operator, regulator and PV association.
  • Develop and execute high-level strategies for the Digital Power business (solar, energy storage, data center energy, and smart energy solutions), ensuring alignment with both local markets needs and global objectives.
  • Take ownership of business growth, including customer engagement, analyze customer requirements and provide feedbacks. Provide suggestion to R&D to improvement.
  • Spearhead product promotion, solution adoption, and technical engagement activities, positioning Huawei as a trusted Digital Power leader in Bangladesh.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer groups, solution opportunities, and ecosystem partners, contributing to the expansion of Huawei’s Digital Power footprint.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Solution team, creating a collaborative, accountable, and execution-driven culture.
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional collaboration, working closely with technical, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Champion innovation and sustainable energy development, enabling Huawei’s leadership role in the local Digital Power industry.
