Additional Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Sales (focus on Pharma Gift Item Sales).
- Experience as a Modern Trade outlet territory officer/merchandiser will be a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and manage MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other documentation files (Sales Data, Target File, Report File, Client Database etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with a motorcycle will get special priority.
- Must be willing to travel for client visits.

Role Purpose:
To drive sales growth in Corporate Accounts and Modern Trade channels by creating new business opportunities, managing key relationships, executing sales plans, ensuring product visibility and availability, and supporting promotional initiatives to increase revenue and market reach.

As a Corporate & Modern Trade Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our business footprint across Corporate, HoReCa, and Modern Trade channels while working with some of the country`s leading organizations and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate (Must have experience in Pharma gift sales) & Horeca Sales Management
- Develop new and manage existing relationships with corporate clients (pharma gift sales, HoReCa, B2B). The individual must have experience in Pharmaceutical gift sales.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and bulk order packages.
- Understand institutional/corporate customer requirements and coordinate with management to achieve sales targets
- Manage corporate credit terms, payments, and reconciliation.
Modern Trade (MT) Account Management
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock availability, merchandising standards, and planogram compliance.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stocks at Modern Trade outlets to ensure uninterrupted availability.
- Create strong relationships with the outlet managers and staff to ensure advocacy of CNL products.
- Engage with customers in the assigned modern trade outlets from time to time to ensure offtake.
Trade Marketing & Promotions
- Execute in-store branding, display setups, sampling activities, and trade promotions.
- Track promotion performance and competitor activities.
- Ensure visibility agreements and activation commitments are fulfilled.
Documentation & payment collection support
- Provide monthly documentation support for Modern Trade and E-commerce channels.
- Ensure all invoices are electronically stored for proper credit tracking
- Collect payments of parties whenever required.
- Ensure proper credit management of HoReCa partners
