- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Journalism, Mass Communication & Journalism
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Journalism, Mass Communication, Drama & Theatre or any other relevant subjects from recognized university.
Experience
- 4 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Satellite TV

- 4-7 years prior experience in television news production
- Knowledge of newsroom workflows and television production processes.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and producing news content for television and digital platforms.
- Identify and research newsworthy stories from reliable sources.
- Coordinate with reporters, video journalists, Video editors, and newsroom personnel to ensure smooth news production.
- Prepare scripts, rundowns, and supporting materials for news bulletins and special programs.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from relevant sources when required.
- Cover events, press briefings, and important public affairs assignments.
- Ensure accuracy, balance, and timeliness in all published and broadcast content.
- Support live and recorded news operations as part of the production team.
- Contribute innovative story ideas and special content initiatives.
- Carry out any additional newsroom responsibilities assigned by management.
