Responsibilities & Context

  • prepares diverse, high-quality dishes from various culinary traditions, oversees kitchen operations, ensures food safety, manages inventory, and trains staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process & other activity. Approving and check before they reach the user. Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
