Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Physiotherapy center
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Compassion & Patience: Essential for building trust with clients facing physical or cognitive challenges.
- Communication: Ability to update families and medical staff on changes in the client’s condition.
- Physical Stamina: Required for lifting, turning, and assisting with mobility.
- First Aid & CPR: Often required or highly preferred.
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certifications are often preferred for medical-heavy roles.
Responsibilities & Context
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication & Health: Administer medications, track vitals, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
- Mobility Support: Help clients transfer, walk, or perform basic physical therapy exercises.
- Household Duties: Prepare meals, do laundry, and manage light housekeeping.
- Companionship: Engage in activities, provide emotional support, and reduce isolation.
- Errands & Transportation: Run errands, go grocery shopping, and drive clients to appointments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
