Additional Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.(Freshers with relevant training may also apply).
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and fabric care.
- Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
- Appearance & Personality: Must be well-groomed, professional, and maintain a positive, disciplined attitude.
Responsibilities & Context
Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf, a leading five-star luxury resort in Bangladesh, invites applications from dynamic and service-oriented professionals to join our Housekeeping & Laundry Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, press, and fold guest and hotel linen according to fabric type and standard laundry procedures.
- Inspect all laundry items for stains, damage, or special handling requirements before and after processing.
- Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and ironing/pressing machines safely and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of guest laundry and hotel uniforms while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laundry area, equipment, and workstations in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Handle guest items with care and confidentiality while following all chemical handling and workplace safety procedures.
