- Ability to translate complex research findings into practical policy recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our research team as a Senior Economist.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct economic research, policy analysis, and development studies on key national and regional issues.
- Analyze economic trends, public policies, labor markets, trade, investment, poverty, and development challenges.
- Develop economic models, forecasts, and analytical frameworks to support research initiatives.
- Prepare policy briefs, research reports, working papers, and academic publications.
- Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.
- Support the design and implementation of research projects, surveys, and impact assessments.
- Present research findings and policy recommendations to policymakers, development partners, academia, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposal writing, donor-funded projects, and institutional research initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality research outputs.
- Monitor economic developments and provide evidence-based insights to support policymaking.
