- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit, and measurements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW/CLO 3D, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the overall design direction of the brand and build a strong product identity for colourrose
- Design new collections based on current fashion trends and brand identity
- Develop concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes
- Work closely with sourcing and production teams for accurate sampling and timely delivery.
- Research trends, fabrics, fits, and market demand to ensure commercially successful designs
- Select fabrics, trims, and accessories
- Create tech packs and oversee sampling process
- Research market trends and competitor products
- Ensure timely delivery of seasonal collections
- Coordinate with photoshoot, styling, and branding teams
- Supervise fittings, sampling, and final production approvals
