Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
-
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Only Male
- Must have hands-on experience in supervising and managing security guards.
- Experience in a large corporate group, industrial establishment, poultry/agro industry, or manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
- Retired personnel from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, or other disciplined forces with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Extensive field visits across Bangladesh are mandatory for this position.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at various business units.
- Ensure proper implementation of security policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Conduct regular visits to different business units across the country and evaluate security arrangements.
- Investigate security incidents and submit reports with recommendations.
- Coordinate with management to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards to improve operational efficiency.
