- The applicants should have 3 to 5 years’ experience in the following area(s): Safety and Security, Security Guard Training.
- The applicant whose have experience in Security company and retired defense background person will get priority.
- The Applicant should be motor bike driving experience in Dhaka city with valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context
- Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Security Guard and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security.
- Operating security technology like CCTV, access control systems, and alarms.
- Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security.
- Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.
- Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards.
- Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly.
- Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.
- Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards·
- Carry out other activities as guided by the Management.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform patrolling and responding to emergencies.
- Perform any security related tasks assigned by the management.
- Reporting and documentation.
