- Familiarity with banking procedures and paperwork will be an advantage.

- Physically fit and willing to travel locally for office-related tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context
ZHOBANCO Limited is looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Office Assistant & Support Executive to support daily office operations and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Open and prepare the office before other team members arrive.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests when required.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and document organization.
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, courier services, suppliers, and other locations.
- Assist with basic banking activities such as cash deposits, cheque deposits, and account-related visits.
- Support management and team members with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and monitor stock requirements.
- Handle courier and parcel dispatch/receiving.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned.
