  • নিজস্ব মোটর বাইক, বৈধ লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। মোটর বাইক চালানো জানতে হবে।
  • ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে মিটিং করার মত আত্ববিশ্বাস থাকতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context

  • Must have experience in Security Company as a Security In Charge.
  • Must have own motorcycle/bike with valid driving license.
  • Recruit, deploy, and manage security guards as per project/site requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
  • Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and post assignments for security personnel.
  • Arrange and ensure proper placement of security guards at client locations and company projects.
  • Conduct induction training for newly recruited security guards on company rules, discipline, and operational procedures.
  • Organize regular security training programs, including guarding techniques, access control, visitor handling, and incident response.
  • Arrange and conduct fire safety training, fire drills, and emergency evacuation exercises for guards and relevant staff.
  • Ensure all security personnel are properly briefed on client requirements, site instructions, and SOPs before deployment.
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, uniform compliance, and performance of deployed security guards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality security service delivery.
  • Handle operational issues, client complaints, and immediate replacement of guards when required.
  • Investigate incidents, security breaches, and accidents, and submit reports to management.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements, service quality, and operational feedback.
  • Maintain records of training, deployment, incident reports, and staff documentation.
  • Liaise with local authorities, fire service, and law enforcement when necessary.
