Responsibilities & Context
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them about daily specials
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Record food and beverage orders accurately, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up according to the restaurant`s standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth work flow
- Promote special menu items and beverages
- Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the restaurant’s uniform standards
- Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety guidelines
- Perform assigned additional tasks given by the Restaurant Manager
