Experience Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience as a waiter or senior waiter in a reputed restaurant/hotel.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and well-mannered.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Team player with a guest-first attitude
- Minimum 5’6’’ Height.
Responsibilities & Context
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
- Welcome customers and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Guide and support junior waiters in daily operations.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Ensure proper opening and closing service procedures.
- Check food presentation and order accuracy before serving.
- Support upselling of menu items, combos, desserts, beverages, and promotions.
- Monitor table turnover and assist in managing busy service periods
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and professionalism at all times
