Responsibilities & Context

Waiter / Service Crew – Americana Restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s & Krispy Kreme)

  • Welcome and serve customers professionally.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Handle POS/cash transactions when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
